East Cholderton is a hamlet in the Parish of Amport in Hampshire, in the north-west of the county, three miles east of the Wiltshire border. It is the be found about four and a half miles west of Andover, just to the south of the tearing dual carriageway of the A303 road, across which is its nearest neighbour, Thruxton.

The stream running by the hamlet is the Pinhill Brook, which runs south and east to the River Anton south of Andover. Dowsream of East Cholderton, to the south, are Amport and Monxton.
