Cornhill-on-Tweed is a village in the very north of Northumberland on the south bank of the River Tweed about a mile east of Coldstream acoss the river in Berwickshire. The river is bridged just north of Cornhill by the A698, crossing to Coldstream.
To the south and west of the village are hamlets named West Learmouth and East Learmouth.
History
A mile north-west of the village, on a spur above the River Tweed are the earthwork remains of Cornhill Castle.
