Colley Hill is a summit of the North Downs, a spur of the escarpment of the hills north of Reigate. It reaches to 722 feet and forms part of the Reigate ridge.

The M25 motorway slices across the top of the ridge of the Downs here. There is a fine viewpoint on Colley Hill at the Inglis memorial (its peace somewhat disturbed by the roaring traffic) with views south over the fields and heathland below.
