Coffin Rock

Coffin Rock lies off the north-east of Visokoi Island in the South Sandwich Islands.
This rock was charted by Discovery Investigations in 1930 and named descriptively 'Black Rock'; later changed to the more distinctive 'Coffin Rock'.
