Carroll Inlet is an inlet or ice-bound strait in the British Antarctic Territory, lying off the English Coast. It is 40 nautical miles long and 6 nautical miles wide, trending south-east along the coast of Palmer Land between the Rydberg Peninsula and Smyley Island.

The head of the inlet is divided into two arms by the presence of Case Island and is bounded to the east by Stange Ice Shelf.

The inlet was seen on a flight by members of the United States Antarctic Service on 22 December 1940. It was named after Arthur J. Carroll, chief aerial photographer on USAS flights from the East Base.

The inlet was also seen from the air by the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition in December 1947. It was photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1965-66 and mapped from air photographs by the United States Geological Survey.
