Badworthy is a village in the south of Devon, on Dartmoor a mile north-west of South Brent.
The village is straggled along a lane looping up onto the moor from the west bank of the River Avon and is divided into two hamlets, more or less running into each other: Higher Badworthy up on the moor, and Lower Badworthy by the river.
