The Wareham Forest Way

The Wareham Forest Way is a walking route through southern Dorset, into and through Wareham Forest in Dorset. It is 13 miles long.

The route stretches from Wareham to Sturminster Marshall, though some of the less well known landscapes of this part of Dorset.

The walk provides several delightful viewpoints looking out over the countryside, before diving back into the shaded woodland. It also visits the Iron Age hill fort at Woolsbarrow in the midst of the forest.
