Raphoe North is a barony of County Donegal, forming the northern part of Raphoe, along the county's eastern border, which is also the border of the Republic of Ireland with the United Kingdom (Tyrone).
To the north is the Inishowen Peninsula (which makes up two baronies, West Inishowen and East Inishowen).
