Mitton is an ancient parish in Yorkshire and Lancashire.
The Yorkshire part lies in the Staincliffe Wapentake, and comprises:
- Bashall Eaves
- Great Mitton (Mitton and Crook)
- Grindleton (Lower and Upper)
- Waddington
- West Bradford
The Lancashire part lies in the Blackburnshire hundred and comprises Aighton, Bailey and Chaigley.
