Llangower is a village and parish in Merionethshire on the southern bank of Bala Lake some 2¾ miles south-west of Bala by road. In 2011 the population of Llangower was 253.[1]
Notable people from the parish include the poet Euros Bowen who was vicar of St Cywair Church in the village, which is a Grade II listed building, now empty.[2]
The Bala Lake Railway runs past the village of Llangower.
