The Cowsic River is a river of the high moors, flowing in the heart on Dartmoor in Devon.
This is a relatively short river, about four and a half miles in length. It rises near Devils Tor and flows due south to the west of the Beardown Tors in a steep valley, and below Beardown it joins the West Dart at Two Bridges.
