The Belfast Hills are a small range of hills in the south-east of County Antrim, separated from the Antrim Hills to the north, of which they might be considered an outlying group by a stretch of lowland from the shores of Lough Neagh through to the dale of the Six Mile Water.
The growth of Belfast has run up to and been somewhat curbed by these hills. Cave Hill stands close to the city centre, curbing the north of the city close to Belfast Lough, and has a country park, around Belfast Castle, which is a popular place of resort for the folk of the city.
The hills provide a background for the city and a rural retreat.
Black Mountain and Divis are owned by the National Trust.

- Castlemahon Mountain (420 feet)
- Divis (1,568 feet)
