Reed swamp at Alderfen Broad

Alderfen Broad lies within the Norfolk Broads in Norfolk. It lies to the west of the River Ant to which it is linked by drainage channels and from which it is separated by Reedham Marsh. The broad is surrounded by woodland. It is not a navigable broad.

To the north is Barton Broad, a large navigable broad on the course of the river.

The whole of Alderfen Broad is a nature reserve in the care of Norfolk Wildlife Trust.
