The Hill of Tain is a hill of 945 feet in Ross-shire, in Easter Ross, two and a half miles west of Tain, a wee town on the county's coast, on the Dornoch Firth. The hilltop is surrounded by the Morangie Forest.

The hill slopes away northward to the firth and three miles due south of the Dornoch Firth Bridge.
