Cape Hansen divides Marshall Bay from Iceberg Bay o the south coast of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.

The headland was charted by Sørlle in 1912-13, and named 'Cape H. Hansen' after Kaptein Hans P. Hansen, Master of the whale factory ship Lancing. (At the same time, he named the Melsom Rocks after he base manager, Kaptein Henrik Govenius Melsom, who operated the Lancing.) The cape was recharted by Discovery Investigations in 1933.
