Freezland Rock is the westernmost of three rocks off the west coast of Bristol Island in the South Sandwich Islands. It rises to about 980 feet above sea level.

The rock was discovered and charted by Cook on 31 January 1775; named Freezland Peak after a Dutch Able Seaman aboard HMS Resolution, who first sighted it; together with Wilson Rock and Grindle Rock, called Freezlands Rocks. Freezeland Rock, following re-survey by Discovery Investigations in 1930. The first landing was made on the rock by helicopter from HMS Protector in 1964.
