Sackville Sewer
Sackville Sewer is a minor river, just a mile long,[1] seervi ng also as a drainage ditch on the Pevensey Levels of south-eastern Sussex, in the Parish of Hailsham, through which it runs its whole course.
The Sackville Sewer begins at the Pevensey Mill Stream just south of Herstmonceux, and flows south-west. It eventually turns briefly to the north before flowing a westerly course into Bowley Sewer, fronting an undesignated road.
