Downwash Ditch

Downwash Ditch is a stream one mile long serving as a drainage ditch on the Pevensey Levels in south-eastern Sussex, in the parish of Hailsham.

Rising in the Honeycrocks, Downwash Ditch flows a westerly course into Winters Cut, giving rise to a stream of Saltmarsh Sewer just north of the parish of Westham.[1]
