Parson's Brook is a minor brook in northern Sussex, which is a tributary of the River Adur.

The brook rises in the hamlet of Barns Green, in the parish of Itchingfield, and flows south-west, passing multiple farmsteads, before flowing north-west around Brooks Green in the parish of Shipley. Below Brooks Green, the brook flows into the River Adur (at 51°0’14"N, 0°24’21"W).
