Jones Valley runs south-west from the Bennett Spires through the Neptune Range, towards the Academy Glacier, among the Pensacola Mountains in Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It lies between West Prongs and Elliott Ridge in the southern part of the Neptune Range.

The valley was surveyed from the ground by the United States Geological Survey, 1963-64, and photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1964; named after Lieut. (JG) James G.L. Jones, the United States Navy, 'Ellsworth Station', winter 1958.
