Spear Glacier flows southwards between the Hauberg Mountains and the Peterson Hills by the Orville Coast of southern Palmer Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It carries its slow current of ice into the Ronne Ice Shelf.

The glacier was photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1965-67, and mapped from air photographs by the United States Geological Survey. It is named after Milton B. Spear, the United States Army Security Agency construction electrician at 'Eights Station', winter 1965.
