Bossington is a small village, barely more than a hamlet, in Hampshire, standing on the west side of the several braided streams of the River Test in the middle of the county about seven miles north of Romsey. To the north is a larger village, Houghton and to the east across the Test and its meadows is King's Somborne. The 2001 census recorded a population of 41.

Just outside the cluster of the hamlet is a church, St James.

Bossington is a popular area for nature walks and wildlife viewing.
