In the Urris Hills

The Urris Hills are a small range of rugged hills, spectacular in scenery, which form a barrier along a portion of the west coast of the Inishowen Peninsula in the very north of County Donegal, guarding from the public gaze the scattered community of Urris in a pocket on the coast.

The hills rise to 1,368 feet at their highest, and mark a boundary between the Baronies of Inishowen East and Inishowen West.
