St Anthony is one of the three parishes of Montserrat, comprising the southern third of the island.

The parish once held the capital of the territory: Plymouth. However it is now entirely deserted; the repeated eruptions of the Soufrière Hills since 1995 have rendered the southern half of Montserrat severely dangerous and the whole of the parish now falls within the Exclusion Zone established by the Governor in the south.
