Lake Aviemore is a freshwater lake about 300 yards by 200 yards in size, lying about five hundred yards south-west of the whaling shore depot at Godthul on the north coast of South Georgia.

The lake is named after the SV Aviemore, the first whalecatcher operating out of Godthul, in 1908.
