Sugarloaf Hill (left) with Table Hill and North Hill
Range: Malvern Hills
Summit: 1,207 feet SO766457

Sugarloaf Hill is in the northern part of the Malvern Hills and lies between the Worcestershire Beacon and North Hill in the range of Malvern Hills that runs approximately 8 miles north-south along or close to the Herefordshire-Worcestershire border.

The summit of Sugarloaf Hill is at an elevation of 1,207 feet and is a popular summit usually passed by walkers hiking between the Worcestershire Beacon and North Hill: respectively the highest and second-highest of the Malvern Hills summits.

The name of the hill may seem unusual but it is shared with Sugarloaf in Monmouthshire (and even a Sugarloaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). It is believed to be given from the resemblance of the hill to a sugarloaf.
