Angram Bottoms

Angram Bottoms are meadows by a stream known as the Skeb Skeugh (which joins the River Swale just north of here) close by the hamlet of Angram in Swaledale, in the North Riding of Yorkshire.

The Bottoms are denoted as 24 acre biological Site of Special Scientific Interest. The SSSI was first notified in 1989 and is due to the wet and dry grassland habitats which are unusual in the Yorkshire Dales.
