On Vaughan's Way near Staunton on Wye

Vaughan's Way is a waymarked trail of 17 miles in Herefordshire, running through the pretty countryside between Kington and Bredwardine.

The trail provides a link between three far longer long-distance trails: it runs from the junction of the Offa's Dyke Path with the Mortimer Trail at Kington and finishes at Bredwardine where it meets the Wye Valley Walk.

The guidebook to Vaughan’s Way describes optional loops. A triangular walk is possible too, to bring the walker back to his starting point; from Kington to Bredwardine and thence to Hay on Wye and back to Kington by walking Vaughan's Way, then the Wye Valley Walk and then the Offa's Dyke Path.
