Eas Bàn, meaning 'White Waterfall' is a waterfall on stream known as the Allt Bàn an Lì-ruighe in Wester Ross. The stream runs north from the bare, ill-drained slopes of the Inverinate Forest, and cascades over the crags into Glen Elchaig, creating the Eas Bàn.
Within the glen, below the cliffs, the stream joins the River Elchaig.
Other waterfalls
There is another waterfall in the glen known as Eas Bàn, to the west: the western Eas Bàn in on Allt Mòr, a stream which joins the river as it becomes tidal.
A more famous waterfall, the Falls of Glomach, tumble into the glen above two and a half miles west of the Eastern Eas Bàn.
