Loch Brora

Loch Brora is a loch in Sutherland on the lower course of the River Brora. It is four miles long, in a bent ribbon shape generally north-west to south-east.

The Brora River descending from the mountains enters the loch and is spewed forth again at its foot at the edge of the coastal plain, from which it runs the short way to the sea at the village of Brora
