Llanfihangel-y-Pennant

Llanfihangel-y-Pennant is a small village in southern Merionethshire. It is to be found in the foothills of Cadair Idris, and has a population of about four hundred souls.

Nearby is the ruined castle of Castell y Bere, a stronghold of the princes of Gwynedd in the thirteenth century. (Read more)
