Telefon Ridge is a ridge rising to 869 feet to the west of Telefon Bay on Deception Island, in the South Shetland Islands, part of the British Antarctic Territory.

The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey conducted a survey of the island in 1953-54, and the ridge was named 'Telefon Ridge' in association with Telefon Bay.
