Cardigan Island

Cardigan Island is a small, uninhabited island lying in the sea north of Cardigan, in the very south of Cardiganshire. It is thirty-eight acres in extent and reaches a maximum height of 171 feet above sea level. The island is known for having a small colony of grey seals.

Cardigan Island is today owned and managed by the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales. (Read more)
