Blickling Hall

Blickling Hall is a stately home in the village of Blickling north of Aylsham in Norfolk, that has been in the care of the National Trust since 1940.

In the 15th century, Blickling Hall was owned by Sir John Fastolf (1380–1459), who made a fortune and a reputation for heroism in the Hundred Years' War. Later, the Hall was in the possession of Sir Thomas Boleyn, whose most famous child, Anne Boleyn, might have been born here. (Read more)
