Struan is a small village in Perthshire, five miles west of Blair Atholl, in which parish it lies. It is near the confluence of the River Garry and the Errochty Water.

The village lies off the B847 road, close to its junction with the main A9 trunk road. The Perth to Inverness railway passes through the Garry valley, with the nearest station at Blair Atholl. A station at Struan existed from 9 September 1863, but was closed to regular passenger traffic on 3 May 1965.
