Tresmeer (sometimes spelled Tresmere) is a tiny village in north-eastern Cornwall, about seven miles north-west of Launceston.

The wider parish is bounded to the north by Treneglos and Tremaine parishes, to the east by Egloskerry, and to the west by Treneglos parish. The parish population at the 2011 census was recorded as 271.

The parish church is St Nicholas, is in the heart of the village.

Tresmeer was once served by a railway station on the North Cornwall Railway line until closure of the route in 1966.
