Amberley is a village in Herefordshire, close to Marden, in whose civil parish it falls. The parish church is at Marden, about 2 miles to the east.
The village is recorded in the Domesday Book, as a manor in the Hundred of Tornelaus,[1] though later it became part of the Broxash Hundred of the county
Amberley has a grade II* listed chapel built between the 12th and 14th century, restored in 1865.[2]
Amberley Court is a 14th-century grade I listed country house.[3]
