Felin-fach is a parish in Brecknockshire situated between Brecon and Talgarth. In 2011 the population of Felin-fach was 655.[1] It is bounded to the east by Bronllys and Talgarth, to the south by Llangorse, to the west by Llanddew and Honddu Isaf and to the north by Erwood. Felin-fach lies entirely within the Brecon Beacons national park.

The A470 and A438 trunk roads meet in the south of the parish.
