Signpost in Long Meadow

Long Meadow is a small hamlet, twinned but physically separate from the neighbouring village of Lode and part of the same parish.

Lode is half a mile to the west of Long Meadow. Swaffham Bulbeck is about the same to the east.

Long Meadow has built up around the farming community of the rich deep clay soils and its origins are in this too.
