The Holme Valley is the dale of the River Holme in the West Riding of Yorkshire. It is all together a civil parish containing several small its villages. The valley had a population of 25,049 at the 2001 census.

The main village is Holmfirth. Other sizeable villages in the parish include, Brockholes, Honley and New Mill.
