Hawford is a hamlet in Worcestershire, in the outer suburbs of Worcester about 3 miles from the city centre. The hamlet falls within two parishes; Claines and Ombersley, the twi divided by the River Salwarpe which flows through Hawford. The Droitwich - Worcester Canal passes through here too, and the River Severn runs close by, ready to swallow the Salwarpe.

Dovecote

Hawford Dovecote is owned by the National Trust. It is a 16th-century half-timbered building and a remnant of a former monastic grange.
