Spence Harbour is a sheltered bay on the west side of Lewthwaite Strait and the east coast of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory, found north of Petter Bay.
The bay was roughly charted by Powell in the Dove and Palmer in the James Monroe on 9 December 1821, on which night the two ships anchored there and named it 'Spence's Harbour'. The harbour was further charted by Sørlle in 1912-13. The harbour was recharted by Discovery Investigations in 1933. The harbour was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1956-58.
