Saunders Point is the south point of a small near-shore islet in Orwell Bight, on the south coast of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.

The point was charted by Discovery Investigations in 1933 as part of the main island, and named after Alfred Saunders (1900-82), a Discovery Investigations laboratory assistant and photographer, who took part in the survey of this feature; later at 'Marine Station' in Grytviken each season in 1925-31, and in Discovery II 1929-39. The point was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1956-58.
