Orwell Bight is a bay between Cape Hansen and South Cape in the south-east of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.
The bight was roughly charted by Sørlle, 1912-13, and further charted by Discovery Investigations in 1933. Following a survey by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1947-49, it was named after the Norwegian factory ship Orwell (which also gives a name to the Orwell Glacier). It was further surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1956-58.
