Nupkins Island lies to the north-west of Pickwick Island, amongst the Pitt Islands, a group within the Biscoe Islands group in the British Antarctic Territory. It lies three nautical miles west of Sawyer Island.
As with other names amongst the Pitt Islands, this island is named after character in the Pickwick Papers; after George Nupkins Esq., Principal Magistrate in Ipswich. Nearby lies Jinks Island, named after his clerk.
