Sandford is a small hamlet in south-western Hampshire, within the western edge of the New Forest. It is one of two villages of the same name in the county.
The hamlet is scattered around a meeting of minor lanes between woods and copses, with two fords over a minor stream which later wanders westward to the River Avon. The nearest town is Ringwood, which is approximately two and a half miles north of Sandford.
