Cefnllys Hundred is one of the hundreds of Radnorshire, located in the centre of the county. It is bounded to the south by Colwyn Hundred; to the west by Rhayader Hundred; to the north by Knighton Hundred; and to the south-east by Radnor Hundred. It had a population of 7,617 in 2011.
It comprises the following ancient parishes:
- Bleddfa
- Cefnllys
- Llanbister (Cefnpawl)*
- Llanbadarn Fawr
- Llanddewi Ystradenny (Mystyrrhoes Llowdy)*
- Llandegley
- Llandrindod
- Llanfihangel Rhydithon
- Llangunillo
- Pilleth
- Whitton
