The River Kenn on the Powderham Castle Estate

The River Kenn is a minor river in south-eastern Devon. It rises in the Haldon Hills and flows south-east then eastwards through Clapham, Kennford and Kenn then to the north of Kenton passes through the southern edge of the Powderham Castle estate.

Immediately below Powderham, the Kenn enters the broad estuary of the River Exe, two miles above its opening to the sea.
