Strath Tay or Strathtay is the extensive valley of the River Tay in Perthshire, one of the land's greatest rivers. The name is in particular applied to the stretch between Aberfeldy and running down beyond Dunkeld, in Atholl.
This is a fine glen, with may villages and farms, amongst the former one named for the valley itself: Strathtay.
