Burden Passage is a sea channel running north-west to south-east between D'Urville Island and Bransfield Island in the Joinville Island Group, all within the British Antarctic Territory.

The channel was charted by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey in January 1947 from the ship Trepassey on the first navigation of the passage. The passage is named after Captain Eugene Moores Burden (1892-1979) of Carbonear, Newfoundland, who served as Master of the Trepassey during the expedition.
